A dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Faculty Specialist in Digital Media The ideal candidate should possess expertise in a range of areas including social media management, Artificial Intelligence, digital advertising, analytics, digital tools, mobile marketing, OTT Platforms, affiliate marketing, Influencer marketing, social platforms, media planning and buying, video production, and SEO/SEM. Passionate about imparting knowledge in these areas and staying abreast of industry trends to provide cutting-edge education.
A Faculty member is expected to undertake responsibilities in:

The candidate can have either Educator or professional experience. He/ she should demonstrate skills in:
- Social Media Management, AI, Digital Advertising, Analytics, Digital tools, Mobile Marketing, Social Platforms, Media planning and buying, Video production, and SEO/SEM, Meta for Business, Martech/Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Programmatic Advertising
- Subject knowledge of Retail Management, Sales & Distribution and Marketing Strategy would be an added advantage.
- Teaching experience at the university level is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifying Criteria – PROFESSOR:
a. The candidate should be a Ph.D. with First Class (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in a Master's Degree in concerned/relevant discipline.
AND
Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
AND
Minimum Research Score of 120
AND
Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.
b. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, of which at least 3 years shall be equivalent to Associate Professor.
OR
In the event, the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:
- A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master's Degree in concerned/relevant discipline.
OR
- A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two years full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC.
c. The candidate should have professional work experience which is significant and can be recognized at the national / International level as equivalent to Ph.D. and years' managerial experience in the industry should be at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate.
d. Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.
Qualifying Criteria – ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR:
a.The candidate should be a Ph.D. with First Class (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master's Degree in concerned/relevant discipline.
AND
Minimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
AND
Minimum Research Score of 75
b. Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry* out of which at least 3 years shall be Post Ph.D. experience.
OR
In the event, that the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:
- A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master's Degree in concerned/relevant discipline.
OR
- A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two-year full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC.
OR
c. The candidate should have professional work experience which is significant and can be recognized at the national / International level as equivalent to Ph.D. and eight years of managerial experience in the industry should be at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate.
d. Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.
Qualifying Criteria – Assistant Professor:
a. A Master 's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in concerned / relevant discipline from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
OR
b. A candidate has been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.
AND
c. Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
d. Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable:
i) Ph.D preferred with entry-level 2 years' experience is desirable but not mandatory.
ii) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.
Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph.D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and a patent filed.
Pay Scales: As per UGC guidelines; but will not be a constraint for the right candidate
