In the US, we have pods in NYC, Austin, Chicago, and D.C. In India, we have a pod in Delhi. Business Hours: This role requires working 9 am - 5 pm CST, Thursday through Monday. From survey generation to stakeholder-ready reports, our platform is redefining how insights teams operate — and we need your help to push the limits of what's possible.OverviewThe Knit Survey Programmer's purpose is to ensure efficient and accurate study programming of all Knit surveys to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is critical to our business because it provides a smooth, high-quality customer experience.Review customers' study designs and formulate recommendations to optimize questionnaires for successful programming and data outputs.Accurately program all of the Knit studies into Qualtrics and the Knit dashboard.Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free surveysEnsure completion of survey programming by established deadlines and/or notifying teams with alternate plans when necessaryIdentify and implement innovative programming techniques and non-standard solutions to programming challenges when neededIntegrate complex logic (display logic, branching, skip logic, termination logic, etc.), graphic, multimedia and specialty survey components when neededProvide technical support and guidance on survey programming best practicesCoordinate with Research and Customer Success team members to ensure successful survey fielding and project completionAccurately and efficiently clean raw data in CSV exports for seamless uploading into KnitObjectives & Key Results (OKRs)The Survey Programming team is measured on the following metrics…100% of programming errors caught before soft launch100% of projects are optimized for display and for analysis in Knit once we hit go in soft launch (e.g. question type, filters/cuts, HVs, etc.)
