We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tandoor Commi to join our team at The Fern Residency. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist the chef de parti in planning menus and preparing special dishes.
• Ensure all food is stored properly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Commi or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
