Objectif :Le rle du Account Manager (AM) - (Plusieurs localisations France) est de grer le processus de vente pour des segments de clients spcifiques en identifiant les opportunits commerciales sur le secteur, en grant la planification des comptes clients et en pilotant l'excution des stratgies de vente rgionales et locales. L'objectif du poste d'AM est de stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise, d'largir la part de march de BSC sur les produits de la division, ainsi que de scuriser le positionnement des produits et d'assurer la pntration du march, en concentrant son activit commerciale sur les parties prenantes.
Responsabilits cls- Comprendre les besoins et attentes des comptes et dvelopper constamment des stratgies de compte dtailles.
- Concevoir et excuter des stratgies et des activits de vente pour les comptes concerns, conformment aux plans de compte et en conformit avec les objectifs nationaux et rgionaux.
- Dvelopper la carte des parties prenantes, dfinir les points de contact et le plan d'action pour chacun d'eux et s'assurer que les informations sur les comptes sont mises jour en temps dans le CRM.
- tablir et maintenir des relations avec les parties prenantes conomiques, les KOL et engager les dcideurs pour discuter des programmes et solutions commerciaux/cliniques.
- Gestion des dispositifs : surveiller les niveaux de stock, initier la logistique, c'est--dire les expditions et le suivi des mouvements des produits. Surveiller les niveaux et les dates d'expiration des produits sur le terrain. Coordonner la communication entre les clients internes et externes pour faciliter la gestion des matriaux.
- Sur la base des interactions avec les KOL, les parties prenantes cliniques et conomiques et le support clinique, recueillir des informations sur les prochains appels d'offres et les opportunits de ngociation. Planifier et prparer les appels d'offres/propositions en fonction de la situation et de la comprhension du compte. Participer aux ngociations, le cas chant, et, en collaboration avec le service des Appels d'Offres, prparer les documents administratifs et les informations demandes par le client.
- Effectuer des mises jour priodiques via Sales Force et des runions QBR avec les RSM.
- Enregistrer les informations et les activits des clients dans le systme CRM de l'entreprise : utiliser le systme comme un outil d'alignement avec les autres rles commerciaux.
- Minimum 3 ans d'exprience dans un rle de vente ou hybride, de prfrence dans le march de la cardiologie.
- Diplme en ingnierie biomdicale, diplme scientifique, formation commerciale ou infirmier serait un atout.
- Matrise de l'anglais.
- Exprience dans la distribution de dispositifs mdicaux, de prfrence dans le secteur hospitalier (Souhait).
- Bonnes comptences en collaboration, communication et influence.
