Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of stockbrokers, banks, financial institutions, and exchanges.
  • Perform and review VAPT assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies.
  • Lead or support Cyber Security audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
  • Execute Forensic Audits to detect fraud, anomalies, or non-compliance.
  • Analyze audit findings, summarize key insights, and deduce actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
  • Stay updated with evolving cyber threats, audit methodologies, and regulatory changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of audit experience in BFSI sector, preferably with exposure to stockbrokers and exchanges.
  • Strong understanding of VAPT tools and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Cyber Security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Proven track record in Forensic Auditing and investigative techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
  • CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CPA/CA or equivalent (for forensic audit expertise)
