A data entry operators are responsible for collecting, validating, and entering school data into digital systems like UDISE+, SDMIS, and other portals. They maintain data integrity, generate reports, and provide technical support and training to school staff.

Location : Near by Navalur, Thalambur, Karanai, Perumbakkam,Semmencherry,Medavakkam

Salary : 17, per month(Negotiable for the right candidate)

Qualification : UG/PG/Bachelor/Master/Any degree

Experience : Fresher/ Experience technical supervision

• Education Management Information System (EMIS) – Functions and Benefits
• UDISE+ (Unified District Information System for Education Plus)
• APAAR (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry)
• Data Collection and Management: UDISE+ collects real-time information on school infrastructure, teachers, student enrollment, and academic performance.
• Policy Formulation: This data helps the Ministry of Education create outcome-based policies to enhance education quality.
• Resource Allocation: By improving resource distribution, UDISE+ ensures that schools receive necessary support.
• Monitoring Programs: UDISE+ aids in tracking educational programs and trends to optimize their effectiveness.
• Student Data Integration: Linked with APAAR, it helps manage student admissions and reduce dropout rates.
• Collaborations: Works with DigiLocker and ed-tech companies to modernize education.
• Develop and maintain technical and user documentation
• Perform other duties as required.
