Led by a team of 4 IITian co-founders, we also have an exclusive advisory board of veterans who are ex-Apple, ex-Google, and ex-Databricks. Aidetic has been doing AI before it was cool, and has a very strong foundation to grow fast and become a market leader in the AI/ML consulting space over this decade  About the role​: We are looking for a highly motivated data scientist with a strong algorithmic mindset and problem solving propensity. Since we are operating in a highly competitive market, every opportunity to increase efficiency and cut costs is critical and the candidate should have an eye for such opportunities. We are constantly innovating working on novel hardware and software so a high level of flexibility and celerity in learning is expected.
Experience: 4- 6 years of experience 
Responsibilities​: ● Algorithm Development: Develop and implement advanced algorithms to extract actionable insights from complex data sets, contributing to data-driven decision-making. ● Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Apply expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn to build and deploy machine learning and deep learning models, optimizing performance and accuracy. ● Natural Language Processing (NLP): Utilize NLP techniques, including but not limited to SpaCy, NLTK, and Transformers, to extract valuable information from unstructured text data, enabling sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and other NLP applications. ● Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering: Lead data preprocessing activities, including data cleaning, feature selection, and engineering, to ensure data quality and model effectiveness. ● Model Evaluation and Optimization: Continuously assess model performance and implement strategies for model optimization and fine-tuning, ensuring our solutions remain state-of-the-art. ● Efficiency Enhancement: Identify and exploit opportunities to improve business processes and reduce costs by leveraging data-driven insights, such as process automation or resource allocation optimization. ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure the seamless integration of data science solutions into our products and operations. ● Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering their growth and knowledge in the field. ● Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI to ensure that our solutions remain at the cutting edge of technology. 
Requirements ● Strong proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of data science libraries and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Scipy, SpaCy, NLTK, and Transformers. ● Experience in developing and deploying deep learning models for various applications. ● Expertise in NLP techniques and the ability to extract meaningful insights from textual data. ● Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations. ● Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and support junior data scientists. ● Adaptability and a keen desire for continuous learning in a fast-paced, innovative environment. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
