Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Monitor and analyze financial data and report financial performance to management.

Maintain compliance with all internal processes and financial regulations.

Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance-related documentation.

Support internal and external audits.

Perform variance analysis and identify areas for improvement in financial processes.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end closing processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA or equivalent certification preferred (but not always required).

[2–5+] years of proven accounting experience.

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong Excel skills and experience working with spreadsheets and financial data.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in accounts

Familiarity with ERP systems.
