  • Assist in managing e-commerce platforms and product listings
  • Support daily online order processing and tracking
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for dispatch and delivery status
  • Help in catalog management, inventory updates, and price checks
  • Manage product images, descriptions, and category updates
  • Assist in online marketing activities (basic)
  • Monitor customer inquiries and support communication
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports
