With advanced Italian technology and highly skilled craftsmanship, the company develops PU soles in a variety of complex designs and colors, producing 4.5 million pairs annually. Boasting two production facilities spread across 63,000 square feet, Airysole collaborates with renowned global footwear brands such as Bata India, Woodland, Hush Puppies, and Red Chief. The company has successfully created over 600 unique sole designs, establishing a strong presence in both the Indian and international markets and consistently delivering quality and innovation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Graduate role at Airysole, located in Kanpur. The role involves assisting in production planning, quality checks, inventory management, and operational efficiency. The graduate will work closely with team leads to contribute to the design, development, and execution of PU soles for industry-leading clients. Day-to-day tasks also include documentation, coordinating with various departments for seamless production cycles, and contributing to innovative product development within the footwear manufacturing domain.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage production planning and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in design and basic knowledge of manufacturing technologies, including understanding materials and tools used in PU sole production.
  • Attention to detail and skills in quality analysis, quality assurance, and maintaining high production standards.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Any graduate can apply. Freshers are welcome.
  • Passion for the footwear industry and a proactive approach to learning and innovation are a plus.
