Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Director to lead our Compressed Air Treatment division across India. The role involves driving sales growth, managing and mentoring a high-performing team, and expanding our market presence nationwide. The candidate should bring proven expertise in industrial sales, dealer/channel management, and strategic account handling. Strong leadership skills, pan-India market exposure, and the ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets are essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth in compressed air treatment solutions across India.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring performance targets and professional development goals are met.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key channel partners, dealers, and distributors to strengthen market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industrial clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns, technical presentations, and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Oversee key account management and contract negotiations, ensuring profitable and sustainable deals.
  • Report regularly to management on sales forecasts, team performance, and strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership in industrial equipment or compressed air treatment solutions.
  • Strong pan-India market exposure with expertise in channel/dealer and direct sales.
  • Exceptional team handling and leadership skills, with experience in building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and deliver results in competitive environments.
  • Solid understanding of technical sales, industrial applications, and solution-based selling.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India to engage with clients and partners.
