Role Summary

As Content & Design Executive, you will be the
visual storyteller of Fery.

From posters and infographics to reels and ad creatives, your designs will shape how women riders and Sister Partners experience the brand. This role is for a
creative all-rounder

who can mix design, copy, and video to build a community-first brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging
    visual content

(social posts, infographics, posters, ads, app creatives).
- Develop
short-form video content

(shoot + edit reels) with Social Media Manager.
- Write copy for
social posts, blogs, ads, and campaigns.
- Ensure
brand voice consistency

across all digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the Growth/CMO team to optimize creatives for campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in
    graphic design and/or content creation.
  • Tools:
    Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro

(basic video editing).
- Strong storytelling and design sense; ability to capture
women-centric, community-driven narratives.
- Must have a
portfolio of past work.
- Self-starter who can deliver high-quality output with minimal supervision.
