Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role Client

for a
Dynatrace L2 professional, located in Gurugram
. The Dynatrace L2 professional will be responsible for monitoring and supervising application performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system functionality. Daily tasks include configuring and managing Dynatrace elements, responding to incidents, providing Level 2 support, producing reports, and collaborating with the development team for performance tuning. This role requires adherence to established protocols, continuous system observation, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

4-5 years of Relevant Experience.

Strong knowledge of Dynatrace On-Prem Configuration (Agents Config, ActiveGateway Config, Proxy Config)

Experience with Dynatrace Deployment (AWS & On-Prem for ActiveGates, Terraform & Scaler.

Ability to provide APM Enablement and Performance Analysis for Customers

Expertise in troubleshooting performance issues and outages with Dynatrace Infrastructure

Good to have:

• Solarwinds and Nagios Knowledge
• Strong consulting skills for customer enablement
• Experience with performance tuning and technical recovery

Ability to work autonomously and set standards
