We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our dynamic team

This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in product management who is eager to contribute to the growth of a leading B2B SaaS company

As we transition from a WhatsApp-centric approach to an omnichannel strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving both our marketing and support verticals

- Responsibilities

Develop Product StrategyFormulate strategies for various product verticals along with the KPIs
- Collaborate to develop a 3-6 month product roadmap supported by qualitative and quantitative research
- Define Product RequirementsProvide detailed product requirements to the engineering team, focusing on the why and what aspects, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on the how of implementation
- Customer and Stakeholder InteractionEngage extensively with customers and stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and effective communication to understand their needs and feedback
- Build ConsensusFacilitate consensus across stakeholdersCustomer/Customer Success, GTM, and development by clearly articulating product decisions and choices
- Execute with SpeedOperate with agility and efficiency, ensuring rapid execution in a high-growth startup environment
- Product EvangelismAct as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among both internal and external stakeholders

- Customer InterviewsYou are comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person, with deep empathy for customer workflows and pain points
- MethodologiesYou have a working knowledge of lean methodology, agile, and iterative development
