About the Company

We're launching CommerceEDGE, a next-generation B2B SaaS platform for enterprise catalog and order management. With the core platform rebuilt from the ground up, we are now investing in a world-class Quality Platform. This role is foundational in shaping how we deliver speed, reliability, and trust to customers.

What You Will Do

  • Define and lead the automation vision and strategy for CommerceEdge
  • Build and scale a reusable Quality Platform that accelerates test authoring and reliability
  • Own test coverage across UI, API, services, data, and performance
  • Stand up ephemeral environments, seeded datasets, and deterministic builds
  • Integrate contract testing, component testing, and modern CI/CD quality gates
  • Drive down flakiness and ensure stability of release pipelines
  • Build observability for tests with metrics, dashboards, and failure triage workflows
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a QA team

What We Are Looking For

  • 7–12 years of QA experience with 4+ years in automation at scale and 2+ years leading teams
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Playwright (preferred) or Cypress/Selenium for UI automation
  • Solid C#/.NET skills for API and service testing, including gRPC
  • Proven experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) and adding quality gates
  • Experience with contract testing (Pact), Testcontainers, and microservices validation
  • Familiarity with performance testing (k6/JMeter) and SLI/SLO-driven quality gates
  • Strong debugging, triage, and metrics-driven approach to reliability
  • High accountability, leadership maturity, and ability to thrive in a high-ownership environment

Nice to Have

  • Security testing exposure (OWASP checks, ZAP/Burp in CI)
  • Experience with feature flags, canary/blue-green, and automated rollback signals
  • Domain knowledge in e-commerce or payments
