Job Description: Service Now SPM Architect

MUST HAVE:

  • Overall 10+ years of working experience in ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (Demand Management, Innovation Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM))
  • Expertise in ServiceNow ITBM (IT Business Management) module and related tools
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow development (Scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies and Integrations, Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, API Integrations and Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning .
  • Proven experience in leading cross functional teams in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Advanced reporting and dashboard creation in ServiceNow using Performance Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Knowledge on OpenText PPM

GOOD TO HAVE:

  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile and other industry standard frameworks for portfolio and project management
  • Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge on ITSM, ITOM and CMDB modules of ServiceNow

Certifications Required

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
