About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, driving campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and enhancing brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Manage and optimize performance across all channels – SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Paid Campaigns.

Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through innovative campaigns.

Oversee content strategy, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned messaging across digital platforms.

Manage website performance, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Monitor campaign ROI and present insights with actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and impactful execution.

Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.).

Hands-on experience with content marketing, performance campaigns, and automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
