Location: Bhosari, Pune

Experience: Fresher to 3 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ITI Fitter (Tubing Technician) to support our production and assembly activities. The candidate will be responsible for tube cutting, bending, fitting, and assembly work as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tube cutting, bending, flaring, and fitting work as per design drawings.
  • Handle installation and assembly of tubing systems and related mechanical components.
  • Ensure leak-proof connections and maintain fitting accuracy.
  • Work with stainless steel and hydraulic/pneumatic tubing.
  • Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist engineers and senior technicians in project and maintenance activities.
  • Perform visual inspection and basic quality checks of tubing assemblies.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as required.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of tube fitting tools and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and measurement tools (vernier, micrometer, etc.).
  • Good attention to detail and hands-on working ability.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.

Qualification:

  • ITI Fitter / ITI Mechanical from a recognized institute.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: From ₹25,000.00 per month
