Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Pune. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves creating promotional materials, managing digital marketing efforts, organizing events, and measuring campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as marketing executive (real estate/ construction preferred).
  • Marketing campaign development, Digital marketing, and Promotional material creation skills
  • Market research and Strategy development skills
  • Strong communication, Collaboration, and Event organizing abilities
  • Analytical skills for measuring campaign performance
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
