Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, front-end development, Python, and cloud environments. You'll be responsible for leading the development team, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Core, .NET Core API, and .NET.Work on front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, and .Develop and manage databases using MongoDB.Implement backend integrations and data processing with Python.Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on Azure Cloud.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.Guide and mentor junior developers to ensure technical excellence.Participate in code reviews, promote best coding practices, and ensure code quality.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; identify areas for system improvements.Research and implement new technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.

Required Skills (Must-Have)

5 – 10 years of hands-on experience in software development.Strong proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Core API, and .NET.Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, .Good understanding of Python, MongoDB, and Azure Cloud.Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Familiarity with Agile development and software lifecycle processes.

Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)

Experience working with Office JS.Exposure to R&D or innovation-driven environments.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
