Job Summary
We are looking for a
Telecaller
who will be responsible for
hiring delivery riders
by contacting potential candidates over the phone. She will explain the job details, convince them to join, and ensure they visit the
Sarkhej hub**
for onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential delivery riders from the given database
  • Explain job role, earning potential, and joining process to riders
  • Share company details, documents required, and onboarding steps
  • Follow up with interested riders and ensure they visit the Sarkhej hub
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and joining records in Excel/CRM
  • Coordinate with the hiring and operations team for daily closures
  • Achieve daily/weekly joining targets
  • Handle rider queries professionally and maintain good communication
  • Maintain polite and positive communication over calls

Requirements

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
  • Good Hindi & Gujarati communication (Basic English preferred)
  • Telecalling / BPO / Field recruitment experience preferred
  • Fresher with good communication skills can also apply
  • Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets
  • Target-oriented and confident personality
  • Should be comfortable with calling and follow-up work
