Position: Plant Supervisor – CHM Role

Experience: Preferably candidates with prior supervisory or technical experience in defense or industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage manpower allocation and monitor production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain discipline and efficiency across the plant.

Requirements:

  • Ex-Army, Ex-Navy, or Ex-Air Force personnel preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle operational challenges and maintain team morale.
  • Basic technical knowledge of plant machinery will be an advantage.
