Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the Patient Experience Service Delivery Model across OPD/IPD/EHC/Diagnostics.
  • Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations of appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with TATs for registration, billing, and insurance processing.
  • Provide counseling and navigation support to patients and families.
  • Handle patient queries and grievances with empathy and accuracy.
  • Coordinate admissions/discharges and liaise with clinical and billing teams.
  • Manage TPA/insurance documentation and approvals.
  • Uphold patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
