Floor Manager

Job Description:

KMT Silks, a leading textile showroom in Perinthalmanna, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure a smooth workflow
• Coordinate and manage sales staff and support team
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and display standards on the showroom floor
• Track stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams
• Train and motivate staff to improve productivity and service
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in textiles/apparel
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer issues professionally
• Team player with excellent organizational skills
