Job Title: Digital Marketing & IT Support Specialist

Location: Noida Extension

Salary: ₹7–8 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for a versatile professional who can manage our digital marketing campaigns and also provide basic IT support for our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is both creative and technically skilled, and who enjoys contributing to multiple areas of business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, ROI, and lead generation.
  • Work with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.
  • Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

IT Support:

  • Provide basic software and hardware support to internal team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors when needed for technical issues.
  • Maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations to ensure business continuity.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven marketing.
  • Basic IT knowledge: troubleshooting systems, software, and hardware issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
