Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process — from workforce planning to onboarding. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience aligned with the company's goals and culture.
- Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and policies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and referral programs.
- Manage the recruitment team, set targets, and monitor performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
- Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR management (experience in bulk/leadership hiring preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using HR software, job portals, and social media recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines
