Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ITI role based in Pune. The role involves operating and maintaining broaching machines, conducting routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring optimal machine performance. The ITI professional will also assist in assembling and repairing mechanical components, handling workshop tools, and adhering to safety standards and procedures while coordinating with teams to meet production targets.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of machine tools, mechanical components handling, and maintenance
- Technical skills in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting broaching equipment
- Familiarity with workshop tools, safety procedures, and quality control standards
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet production timelines
- ITI certification in Fitter, Machinist, or any equivalent machinery-related discipline
- Preferred experience working with broaching machines, tools, and equipment
