Job Opening: Electrical Testing & Commissioning Engineer (5 to 10 Years Exp.)

Location: Various Project Sites in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and India

Industry: O&G / Power Plant / Substation / Utility / EPC Projects

We are hiring an Electrical Testing & Commissioning Engineer with over 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in EHV substations (220/132kV, 220/11kV, 132/33kV, 66/33kV), transmission lines (up to 765kV), and distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Testing & commissioning of substation equipment from 415V to 765kV

Ø Testing of GIS / AIS substation and switchgears

Ø CT/PT, breakers, protection relays, Motors and Power Transformers

Ø Familiar with all types of Protections such as Differential protection (Line, Busbar, Transformer) , REF, Motor protection, Transformer and Distance protection(Added advantage)

Ø Able to configure, program and test all kinds of OEM(ABB, Siemens, SE,GE, SEL) RELAYS will be added advantage

Ø Able to Perform Tan delta / SFRA testing in Power transformers

Ø Familiar with loop checks, protection schemes, synchronization & SCADA/SAS integration

Ø Proficient with Test equipment: Omicron, Doble, Scope, Megger, and Chinese test kits

Ø Site & project management, manpower/material planning, technical documentation, and coordination with engineering teams.

Inspection Protocols & Pre-commissioning Activities

Vendor Coordination & Engineering Interface

Cable Tray, Cabling, Lighting, Switchgear, Transformer & Switchyard Erection

Preferred Background:

Experience with International standards and OEMs like ABB, Siemens, GE, SE & Areva
