Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Any Degree or Masters Degree (Preferred: Business, Technology, or related fields). Experience: 1-2 years in ERP / B2B SaaS / Cloud-based solutions. Prior experience in product demo or pre-sales is a plus. Skills & Attributes * Excellent English communication (verbal & written). * Presentable & confident in front of clients. * Technically sound with the ability to understand ERP workflows. * Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. * Sales mindset ability to convince and convert clients after demos. * Strong objection-handling & negotiation skills. Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and build rapport with clients. Keyskills : * Conduct discovery calls with leads to identify business requirements and pain points. * Deliver engaging product demonstrations (online/offline) for prospective and qualified clients. * Clearly explain product features, benefits, and use cases to decision-makers. * Understand client requirements and tailor demos to address their business needs. * Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer client queries. * Follow up after demos to handle objections and provide solutions. * Negotiate and close deals or work closely with the sales team for successful closure. * Maintain accurate CRM updates and track discovery-to-demo and demo-to-conversion ratio. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve demo success rate. * Provide actionable feedback to the product team based on client interactions.
