Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize formulations for various colour cosmetic products (lipsticks, foundations, eyeshadows, compact powders, etc.) based on marketing briefs and performance requirements.
  • Conduct research on new ingredients, pigments, and technologies to ensure innovation and differentiation in the market.
  • Perform shade development, stability, compatibility, and performance testing under different environmental conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
    Marketing, Packaging, QA, QC, and Production
    for successful product launches.
  • Ensure that all developed products comply with relevant cosmetic regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, trials, test results, and raw material specifications.
  • Support troubleshooting during manufacturing and provide technical guidance for process improvement.
