Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site EV Engineer role located in Bhubaneswar. The EV Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of electric vehicle systems and components. Daily tasks include conducting research and analysis, designing prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining EV lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The engineer will also play a key role in supporting training and knowledge transfer within Skyy Skill Academy's EV Skill Lab initiative.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electric Vehicle System Design, Battery Technology, and Power Electronics
• Experience in Embedded Systems Design, IoT integration, and Automotive Software Development
• Strong skills in Research, Problem-Solving, and Prototype Development
• Knowledge of CAD, CAM, and CAE tools for designing and simulating components
• Understanding of advanced manufacturing systems and green energy technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Relevant certifications or experience in the automotive and EV sectors preferred
