Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cashier to join our retail outlet located in Aluva, Pulinchodu. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with proven experience in retail or supermarket cashier operations, strong numerical accuracy, and excellent customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions
  • Operate POS systems and billing software efficiently
  • Issue bills, receipts, refunds, and change correctly
  • Maintain daily cash balance and assist in end-of-day reconciliation
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company billing and cash-handling procedures
  • Coordinate with store staff for smooth retail operations

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier in a retail outlet or supermarket
  • Strong numerical and accounting accuracy
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and dependable

Preferred Criteria

  • Candidates residing near Aluva / Pulinchodu will be given preference
  • Immediate joiners are an added advantage
