Position Overview:

We are seeking an Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in Indian accounting to join our Evening Shift team (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience in QuickBooks or Xero, and a desire to learn international bookkeeping standards.

This role is best suited for candidates who are dependable, accurate, and motivated to build a long-term career in the accounting outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate books of accounts for clients.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking.
• Prepare GST and TDS filings and assist in statutory compliance.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Work with QuickBooks or Xero to manage client accounts.
• Support senior accountants with audits, reviews, and month-end closings.
• Communicate effectively with team members and international clients as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in every financial record.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Indian accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero (preferred).
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other accounting compliances.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willing to work in the Evening Shift (2 PM to 11 PM).
