Position Title : Sr Program Associate– Donor Engagement

Full Time (
8hrs/day / 40hrs/week)

Remuneration Rs 30, ,000 per month (depending on experience)

Location : Chennai Only (Hybrid – Minimum 2 days a week at Nungambakkam office)

Availability -
Monday to Friday; - 10 AM – 4 PM, and 7 PM – 10 PM – Some Weekend hours as needed

Responsibilities

1.
Manage Donor process end to end
.

• Manage the entire Donor process including inception of donor / donation / engagement / renewal / escalations / closure etc

• Manage periodic touch points with donors with various engagement activities

• Periodic reporting to donors and management with relevant dashboards with high level of analytics skills

* Excellent customer service to all donors and their mapped scholars within / exceeding SLAs

* Create and maintain SOP related to end to end donor process

* Maintain a retention rate of 90% of existing donors

* Follow SLA and day to day activities for new and existing donors

1. Any and all related activities surrounding the NGO presence in India

2. Connections and relationships with India CSRs a huge plus

3. Inspire a team of interns / volunteers / junior team members to help deliver the above tasks

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in similar NGO with similar operational goals

• Or 3-5 years in Tech or other fields with excellent project management experience – and now willing to switch to NGO

• Individual Donor Management / Engagement Experience is STRONGLY preferred
• CSR Management experience will be considered
• Spontaneous push to close attitude of all projects
• Attention to detail is extremely important
• Fast paced project experience is a must
• Data Analysis / Dashboarding / Reporting experience is a MUST
• Creating and maintaining SOP / Workflows for processes is a MUST

• Passion for community service, especially in the field of education

• Degree holder – Arts/ Social Work / Engineering / Management

• Excellent project management skills

• Excellent English language skills – both written and spoken – proficient in other languages in India is an advantage

• Good communication skills to maintain relationships with members of the organization and respond to their requests regularly.

• Working knowledge of Google Drive / Excel / Word / Email etc

• Own a laptop or system at home with internet connection - Online work / Telephone work etc
