Role Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chartered Accountant to take on a full-time role based in South East Delhi(Ashram Chowk - Pink Line Metro). The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing a variety of audit engagements, leading a team of auditors, and ensuring the highest standards of professional practice.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and executing various audit engagements, including Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audit, Internal Audit, Forensic Audit, Data Analytics, ASM, Circulation Audit, NGO Audit, and Due Diligence.

  • Effectively managing and mentoring a team of auditors, ensuring their professional development and adherence to audit plans.

  • Liaising directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate findings, and build strong, lasting relationships.

  • Developing, organizing, and monitoring comprehensive audit plans to ensure efficient and effective execution.

  • Preparing detailed audit reports and meticulously reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Ensuring all audits are conducted in strict adherence to relevant regulatory and professional standards.

  • Performing thorough risk assessments and assisting in the preparation of Management Information System (MIS) reports.

  • Assisting with other ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory, with strictly 03 years of post-qualification experience counted from the date of ICAI membership.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of auditing principles, standards, and procedures.

  • Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines, manage time effectively, prioritize multiple tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) to articulate complex findings, propose solutions, and foster strong client relationships.

  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with demonstrated experience in managing and guiding audit teams.

  • A self-motivated individual with high integrity, strong commitment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel for out-station assignments as required.
