Job Title: Medical Licensing & Documentation Executive

Location: Cochin (with possible coordination for GCC processes)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

The Medical Licensing & Documentation Executive will be responsible for handling the registration, verification, and credentialing processes for medical professionals seeking to work in GCC countries. This includes exam registrations (DHA, HAAD, MOH-Kuwait, Prometric, etc.), DataFlow verification, and eventually assisting with migration and documentation processes. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with healthcare licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities (Immediate):

  • Manage exam registrations for medical professionals (DHA, HAAD, MOH-Kuwait, Prometric exams).
  • Conduct DataFlow verification and credentialing of candidates.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, licensing boards, and third-party verification agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate documentation and application status.
  • Guide candidates through submission requirements and timelines.
  • Prepare reports on candidate progress for management.

Secondary Responsibilities (As the role evolves):

  • Assist in the documentation process for migration of medical professionals to GCC countries.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and employer-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and training teams to streamline candidate onboarding.
  • Support continuous improvement of verification and documentation processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with medical licensing exams and DataFlow verification processes.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidate profiles.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with candidates and authorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in healthcare recruitment, licensing, or credentialing is needed.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Knowledge of GCC healthcare regulations and employment laws.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive follow-up on pending verifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
