Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in software development, with at least 3 years focused on ERP systems (manufacturing ERP experience strongly preferred).
• Manufacturing Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to manufacturing setups understanding of shop-floor processes, production planning, BOM management, inventory, and quality systems.
• Technical Strength: Strong full-stack development background .
• ERP Knowledge: Ability to translate manufacturing business processes into ERP workflows and solutions.
• Project Management: Proven ability to run projects, manage dependencies, and deliver within deadlines.
• Bias for Action: Demonstrated urgency in execution with high accountability.
• AI/Automation: Familiarity with AI-driven development tools and automation for ERP/productivity improvements.
• Leadership Potential: Ability to transition from individual contributor to leading a team.
• Preferred: Exposure to IT infrastructure management.
• PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap

Success in this Role

• First 15 Days: Understand the ERP, align with leadership, and start executing the existing project plan. Deliver immediate fixes or small enhancements.
• By 30 Days: Show visible progress on key features; establish project tracking and reporting cadence.
• By 60 Days: Deliver the first milestone releases; streamline requirements-to-release cycle; introduce AI accelerators.
• By 90 Days: Operate as the single point of accountability for ERP execution; deliver clear productivity improvements to users.
