As a
Software Engineer – MLE
, you will build and maintain scalable Python-based applications while preparing to grow into the Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) space. This role is a great opportunity for software engineers who want to strengthen their engineering expertise and develop skills in AI and ML through structured training and hands-on experience.

You will work closely with data, AI, and platform engineering teams to build systems that are efficient, secure, and ready for AI integration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable applications using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices that support modular and reusable architectures.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code; contribute to reviews and continuous improvement.
  • Work in agile teams to deliver high-quality features quickly and reliably.
  • Collaborate with data and AI teams to prepare applications for ML integration.
  • Participate in guided learning programs to develop into the Machine Learning Engineering track.

What we are looking for:

  • Good understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with APIs, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD practices.
  • Curiosity to learn and grow into the Machine Learning Engineering space.
  • Good collaboration and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
