Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating SAW machines to weld structural steel components as per design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain SAW welding machines efficiently.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Perform setup, alignment, and fitting of steel components before welding.
• Inspect welded joints for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company welding standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a SAW Welder Operator in a fabrication or PEB industry.
• Knowledge of welding parameters, consumables, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.
