Candidates must hold relevant degrees in their subject specialization and possess **2–3 years of teaching experience**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lesson Planning & Delivery**

• Design and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals.

• Integrate modern teaching aids such as gamification, interactive tools, and digital platforms to enhance student learning.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that caters to diverse learning styles and interests.

**Student Administration**

• Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.

• Encourage active participation and support students in developing effective study habits.

• Monitor hygiene and address health concerns with care and diligence.

**Classroom Management**

• Create vibrant and functional learning spaces using displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers.

• Maintain professional communication with parents and provide regular feedback on student progress.

**Administrative & Policy Compliance**

• Maintain accurate and confidential school records.

• Adhere to and implement all school policies and procedures.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the coordinator.

• Conduct quarterly inventory checks of teaching aids in collaboration with the coordinator.

• Participate in professional development through workshops, seminars, and training programs.

• Attend all scheduled meetings with the principal and coordinators.

• Collaborate with resource persons and other stakeholders as needed.

**Work Relations**

• Coordinate with the Principal on academic matters.

• Collaborate with co-teachers and staff for smooth functioning.

• Liaise with Admin, Finance, HR, and Technology departments for operational support.

**Qualifications**

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant subject specialization

• **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience

• **Preferred Skills:** Subject expertise, creative lesson planning, classroom management, communication, and adaptability
