Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Ariba solutions, focusing on Procure-to-Pay processes and configurations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the Ariba implementation lifecycle.
  • Architect and design robust Ariba solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.
  • Lead hands-on technical activities, including integration tool setup, build, configuration, and enablement.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP Ariba and backend ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Ariba integrations and configurations.
  • Analyze and document current procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Define and implement future procurement processes leveraging Ariba best practices.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and test plans.
  • Establish credibility as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Resolve problems and issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Gather and synthesize client requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Ariba solutions and technologies.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Provide training to end users and internal teams.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementations.
  • Extensive hands-on technical experience with Ariba integration tools and configurations.
  • In-depth understanding of Ariba upstream and downstream processes (Procure-to-Pay).
  • Proven expertise in integrating SAP Ariba with backend ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to document current and future procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new Ariba solutions.
  • Ability to work onsite at the designated location.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • SAP Ariba certifications.
  • Experience with Ariba Network integration.
  • Experience with Ariba APIs and custom development.
  • Experience with other procurement related applications.
