Senior Graphic Designer
will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering compelling visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the creative, strategy, and client-servicing teams to ensure high-quality design solutions that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to execution for print, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts and visuals for brand campaigns, pitches, and client presentations.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring creative excellence across deliverables.
- Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to deliver integrated campaign ideas.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative outputs while maintaining high design standards.
- Stay updated with design trends, advertising innovations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in an advertising agency is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse work across print, digital, and multimedia.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in leading creative projects and guiding junior team members.
