Position Overview : Our client is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join their team in a fully remote capacity.

The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's cybersecurity framework, responding to security incidents, and preventing potential threats. Monthly travel to the company's headquarters is required for key meetings and collaborative sessions. Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the organization's networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security improvements.
  • Develop and implement security policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure cybersecurity measures align with operational needs.
  • Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Respond to security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to protect the company from new risks.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a cybersecurity role, preferably in a remote or international environment.
  • Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.
  • Experience with risk assessment, security auditing, and incident response.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
