Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven HVAC Project Manager to oversee and coordinate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC systems, project scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all phases of HVAC projects (commercial, industrial, or residential).

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project timelines, schedules, and budgets.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise.

Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with purchasing.

Track project costs and manage change orders.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC codes and regulations.

Lead and motivate project teams to maintain productivity and accountability.

Provide technical guidance as needed to field personnel and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent HVAC experience accepted.

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HVAC project management or construction project management.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and design principles.

Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and teams effectively.

Familiarity with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Working Conditions:

Office and field work required.

Occasional evening or weekend work based on project demands.

Travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
