Role & responsibilities

  • We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead Architect, responsible for overall design, mapping of client business requirements to systems technical requirements.
  • The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.

SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:

  • Solution Architect in ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM and NOW Platform.
  • Strong in ServiceNow System Architect role with hands-on design deployment experience and mapping of client business requirements to systems technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of each clients situation advocating for the most scalable, supportable, and dependable solution for each change to be created or implemented.
  • Support the creation of business case driven additions to the ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide cost benefit input for required investments and improvement initiatives for the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept Proof of Value engagements with prospects
  • Proficient in front end andor backend technologies (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly Script, Web Services, etc.)
  • Client interaction to discuss outstanding items, identify technical improvements, and seek out new opportunities by educating clients on development and quality standards.
  • Coach, and mentor co-workers on technical and procedural items through one-on-one sessions or small group workshops.
  • Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings marketing events
  • Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time.
  • Experience in implementing solutions around HR Business processes, Customer Service management, employee service centre. Experience in integrating external products like google suits, other ServiceNow suits, RPAs, other HRHC application, Mendix products and other Monitoring tools with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, as well as XML and JSON knowledge
  • Experience in Data load, transform maps creation and reporting capabilities.
  • Expert level proficiency in at least four product lines including current CIS certification in at least three of the four
  • Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
  • Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
