Job Purpose:

  • Perform filling, sealing, autoclaving, and compounding operations for injectable products.
  • Handle vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges as per production requirements.
  • Ensure line clearance, area cleaning, and equipment sanitization before and after batch operations.
  • Operate equipment like filling machines, lyophilizers, autoclaves, and sterilizers.
  • Record all production activities in batch manufacturing records (BMR) and logbooks.
  • Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP), good documentation practices (GDP), and safety procedures.
  • Report any deviations, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the production supervisor or executive.
  • Support in changeover and preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintain cleanroom discipline and proper gowning procedures.
