About the Role:

We're seeking a
creative and energetic Digital Marketing Executive
who can bring ideas to life through content, campaigns, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Content & Branding

  • Conceptualize and create
    engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos
    for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Design
    eye-catching posters, infographics, and brochures
    using Canva or similar tools.
  • Write
    captivating captions, ad copy, and blog content
    aligned with the brand voice.
  • Assist in developing
    creative marketing campaigns
    and festival / event-based promotions.
  • Build and manage a
    content calendar
    for consistent brand communication.

Digital Marketing & Strategy

  • Plan and execute
    social media marketing, Google Ads, and email campaigns
    .
  • Support in
    SEO optimization
    and improve website ranking & traffic.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to enhance website content and layout.
  • Track and report performance metrics for campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • Explore
    AI tools and digital innovations
    to enhance campaign creativity and productivity.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools
    (basic level acceptable).
  • Strong understanding of
    social media trends, reels, and storytelling formats
    .
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of
    SEO, Google Analytics, and social media ads
    .
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and digital branding.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
  • Certification or coursework in
    Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing
    preferred.
