Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Kuha, Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience: 3–7 years preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing production for Laser Cutting Machines, CNC Router Machines, or similar capital equipment industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Manage end-to-end production activities to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality output.
  • Planning & Scheduling: Create and implement daily/weekly production plans to meet delivery timelines.
  • Resource Management: Ensure optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and monitor the shop floor team to maintain high performance and discipline.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain: Coordinate with stores and procurement to ensure material availability and track usage.
  • Cost Control: Monitor production costs and strive for continuous cost reduction without compromising on quality.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Laser or CNC Router machine manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
