Role Description
The Admin Manager oversees and coordinates all administrative functions to ensure efficient operations within the organization. This role involves managing office systems, supervising support staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and facility management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate administrative staff and office operations.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, housekeeping, and vendor management.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services within approved budgets.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and official travel.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies related to administration, safety, and HR.
- Handle contracts, renewals, and negotiations with external vendors and service providers.
- Support HR in onboarding, and employee welfare activities.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures for efficiency improvement.
- Monitor expenses and prepare administrative budgets and cost reports.
- Manage internal communication, ensure office discipline, and foster a positive workplace environment.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- People management skills.
- Knowledge of facility and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
- Budgeting and cost-control expertise.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management / Commerce or equivalent.
- Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience: 4 above in administrative or facility management roles, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity.
