About Us

We are a boutique rural campsite located just one hour from Mumbai on the picturesque Khopoli–Pali Road. Nestled in nature, we offer a unique retreat experience and are seeking a dynamic Campsite Manager to lead our operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all campsite teams for top-tier guest experiences, including kitchen, housekeeping, service, and security.
• Oversee and monitor all repair and maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain in excellent condition.
• Manage stock keeping, store management, and inventory control for smooth operations.
• Ensure daily operations are well-organised, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Be the first point of contact for guest inquiries, staff coordination, and unexpected issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Mandatory: Fluent in Marathi, comfortable communicating in a rural local context.
• Minimum onsite requirement: At least 3 days per week; accommodation provided.
• Preferred Experience: Prior management experience in campsites, boutique resorts, or similar hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership skills to manage small teams across multiple functional areas.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to an outdoor, rural environment and handle hands-on operations.

Employment Details

• Location: Rural area along Khopoli–Pali Road, approximately 1 hour from Mumbai.
• Accommodation: Provided on site during working days.
